A. The Yukon has become more proactive since mining industry regulations and issues have changed from the Federal government to a Territorial government.

A. Its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary was formed in 2002 to develop the Mount Hinton Property, prior to that the company was inactive.

A. As long as the market for precious and base metals remains strong we will not be affected.
